Assessment cannot exist solely in the IR office.
Implementing institutional strategies requires that
departments (both Student Services and Academic) at
every level be able to define quantitative and
qualitative goals. Data must be linked to connect
student services to student learning outcomes.
Administrators, Institutional Researchers, and Planners
must be able to view the status of these goals on a
timely basis without repetitive, time-consuming data
entry.
