Empowers Faculty and Staff with Data

How do you engage faculty with data? Give them data that’s relevant to them, create data summits, and maybe even have them present to the board.

Grayson College engaged faculty in the use of data for continuous improvement, focusing on course success as a key to term-to-term retention and ultimately, credential completion. Through targeted, data-driven interventions within the classroom, average success rates and retention of first-year students rose to 10-year highs, increasing 4% in one term, and 7% in 2 years.

Learn how Grayson College changed their culture and dramatically improved their course completion and retention rates.

“We wanted faculty to have the power. We wanted to democratize the data. We wanted them to be excited about the data... And instead of having to request through our IE/IR department, they would have it at their fingertips.”
