Below is a list of “courses” to help learn the different modules of ZogoTech’s software. Each “course” explores one or two scenarios using various capabilities in the system. Each is designed to be less than 15 minutes. For in-person training, please allow two to three times the amount of time listed below in the video.

101: Overview
Description: A fast-paced overview of all modules of the software. While this is not a training video per se, it does a good job of showing all aspects of the software.
Scenarios
- Performance management through scorecards

- Showing detailed information about a specific student

Description: Shows how to use the student engagement module to advise different types of students

120: Student Navigator in Detail
Description
An in-depth look at how to use the Student Navigator to identify groups of students
Pre-Requisites: None
Scenarios
Identifying students who:
- Are high-performing, but dropped out
- Taking all classes at one location
- Achieved 18 credits within 1 year of enrolling
- Ever enrolled / received A, B in a gateway course
Capabilities You Will Learn
- Basic filtering
- Combining filters
- Running reports on lists of students
- Intervening with selected students (Sending all selected students an email)
- Using “Not” to invert the filter
- Exporting to Excel (using Format as Table for further manipulation)
- Using Table Filters to create new filters not in the system

Description: A quick look to how to assemble reports into a dashboard / tabbed interface
Pre-Requisites: You need to have some Research Intelligence reports (tables / charts) created. The videos on Working with Charts and Working with Tables are useful
Scenarios: Create a dashboard showing Course Completion by Division, Course Utilization, Financial Aid, Enrollment (shown in the Overview video) and sharing it with others
