Empowers Faculty and Staff with Data

Before working with ZogoTech, faculty and staff at PTC had limited access to information. Since it was hard to get information from their SIS, users had to go through the IR or IT offices to get even the most basic data, leading to long delays. With ZogoTech, PTC has now empowered faculty and staff throughout the institution to get data when they need it.

Now faculty regularly use data from ZogoTech to review programs, debunk assumptions, and improve course sequences. The institution created a scorecard with all of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the institution.

"Whereas before, faculty member might have to call the Institutional Effectiveness office for the creation of a report. That would take days and sometimes weeks to generate. Now we can direct them through ZogoTech to that specific report or that specific information – providing them just-in-time data to support their needs."
